On Monday, the 21st of November, 2016, Mr. Elam Kato, head of the Philippine delegation in Baghdad, visited the ministry of higher education and scientific research KRG in Erbil, Furthermore, the aim of this visit was to make relations with Kurdistan region, in the presence of Mr. Amanj Saed, advisor of the minister of higher education and scientific resaerch KRG, and Dr. Jwan Jalal Al-Deen, general director of the delegations and cultural relations' office of the ministry of higher education and scientific research KRG. In this meeting, they discussed the ability of making a general framework for interaction and making relations between the two sides.
